PURPOSE:To make a picture forming device compact by making vertically incident picture light irradiating from an exposing means, which is arranged in the light transmitting body of a hollow internal part, to a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive body 2 and a light transmitting body 3 are integrally rotated in an arrow direction and on the surface 2a of the photosensitive body 2, charging is executed by a primary charger 6. Based on a picture signal from a picture read part, the inner surface of the light transmitting body 3 is irradiated with a laser beam L by a laer scanner 4. The laser beam L is passed through a diffraction grating 5 and the light transmitting body 3 and made almost vertically incident to the inner surface of the photosensitive body 2 and on the surface 3a side of the photosensitive body 2, a desired electrostatic latent image is formed. The electrostatic latent image formed on the surface 2a of the photosensitive body 2 is made visible by a developing device 7 and moved to the side of a transfer charger 8 by the rotation of the photosensitive body 2. The visible picture on the surface 2a of the photosensitive body 2 is transferred to transfer paper P by the charger 8. |
