ELECTROLYTIC POLYMERIZATION DEVICE FOR PRODUCING CONDUCTIVE POLYMERIC MEMBRANE

PURPOSE:To simultaneously form a uniform membrane on many substrates without a reference electrode by providing a wiring capable of impressing specified DC and AC voltages in series on a couple of electrodes arranged in each of the selections divided by many partition walls. CONSTITUTION:The parts 13-24 of the substrates 1-12 planted with platinum are opposed to one another. The electrolytes 30-35 in respective cells are not mixed with one another since partition plates 25-29 are provided, and a heavy current is not caused. The electrodes in the adjacent cells are connected with conductor lead wires 36-40, the electrodes 1 and 12 on both ends are connected to a potentiostat 45 through conductor lead wires 41 and 42, and the potentiostat is connected to a variable-frequency AC impressing device 44 with a communication lead wire 43. The AC voltage with the frequency and impressed voltage variable and the DC voltage with the impressed voltage variable are superimposed, and the superimposed voltage is impressed.
