PURPOSE:To automatically and simply execute the post-processing of a file transfer by constituting a decentralized system so that when the file transfer is ended, a job for the post-processing is generated subsequently by coordinating it to its transfer file information. CONSTITUTION:When a file transfer to a computer C1 is ended, a file transfer means 4 of a computer C2 compares transfer file information with a job generating condition of a transfer file/job correspondence table 2, and if that which conforms with each other exists, it is informed to a job generation preparing means 5. The job generation preparing means 5 obtains job generating information from the transfer file/job correspondence table 2 by the notice and writes it in a job generating information storage part 3, and informs the fact to a job generating means 6. The job generating means 6 extracts the job generating information from the job generating information storage part 3 and generates a job in accordance with its information. In such a way, the post-processing of a file transfer can be executed automatically and simply.
