PURPOSE:To prevent a cover tape from being wound through the lower side of a guide member by providing a guard member allowing the cover tape to pass above the guide member, but not below the guide member, when the cover tape is wound on a stripping reel. CONSTITUTION:When a cover tape 18 peeled from a tape is to be brought to a stripping reel 34 side, a cover tape contact section 79 is lowered, and the cover tape 18 is fitted to the stripping reel 34 through the upper side of a stopper shaft screw 65 (guide member) because there is a cover tape guard 75 (guard member). A hammer mechanism 77 is lowered by a driving source, the cover tape 18 is pushed down by the contact member 79, a drive arm 64 is rotated by an arm contact section 78, and a reel 34 is fed at the preset pitch. The contact section 78 is brought into contact with the arm 64 by the downward movement of the hammer mechanism 77 and further moved downward, thereby the arm 64 is rotated at the preset pitch centering a support shaft 89, an arm 68 with a ratchet is rotated, and the reel 34 is fed via a ratchet 69 and a gear 54. |
