<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of a reproducing picture in picture quality due to an impact error by providing an inlet overwrapping part and an outlet overwrapping part which are corresponding to the front and the rear of an effective wrapping part respectively, making the former larger than the latter and providing a protrusion for abutting against a tape in contact in the vicinity of a retreating part on the circumferential surface of a fixed drum. CONSTITUTION:The subject device is provided with the inlet overwrapping part (angle) theta1 and the outlet overwrapping part (angle) theta1+theta2 which are corresponding to the front and the rear of the effective wrapping part (angle) theta0 for recording an effective signal to the tape 2, and are corresponding to a tape 2 entering part and the retreating part of a drum device 1 in view of wrapping the tape 2 around the drum device 1 for allowing heads 4a and 4b to abut and scan the tape 2, and the outlet overwrapping part is made larger than the inlet overwrapping part. Then, the protrusion 3 is provided to be abutted against the tape 2 in the vicinity of the retreating part on the circumferential surface of the fixed drum 1a. By this method, the picture quality of a reproducing picture can be prevented from deteriorating due to impact errors.</p> |
