PURPOSE:To expand the data transmission range by providing a repeating section between a transmission section and a reception section using infrared rays as a transmission medium. CONSTITUTION:In addition to a data transmission section 1 of nearly the same constitution as that of a conventional system, a reception section 2 displaying a data sent from the transmission section 1, the repeating section 3 applying data transfer resident between the transmission section 1 and the reception section 2 is provided. The repeating section 3 is constituted of a 1st repeater 10 and a 2nd repeater 11 and the 2nd repeater 11 is arranged in the vicinity of the reception section 2 and the 1st repeater 10 is installed to a position in which an infrared-ray signal A sent from the transmission section 1 do not reach directly the reception section 2 such as an adjacent room and both repeaters 10, 11 are connected in the wired state by using the transmission line 12. |
