PURPOSE: To provide a fully automatic bread steaming device capable of performing processes from powder kneading through fermentation to a baking process constituted so as to vertically move a steamed bread container present inside the heating chamber of steamed bread at the time of kneading a raw material and at the time of heating and perform steaming by steam heat. CONSTITUTION: After housing a bread material 15 in a bread container 11 housed inside the heating chamber 3 provided in a bread steaming device main body, the material 15 arranged to a bottom surface inside the container 11 is kneaded by driving a rotary blade 4. Then, after moving the kneaded material 15 upwards, steam generated by heating water supplied by a water supply means provided on a fixed height at the lower part of the heating chamber 3 is supplied to the material 15. Then, the material 15 is steamed by the steam heat and the steamed bread is obtained. By this fully automatic bread steaming device, since only a steamed bread material, dough and additives are manually prepared by a cooking person in kneading-fermentation-steaming processings and a steamed bread manufacturing process thereafter is entirely automatically performed, the steamed bread is conveniently manufactured in a general household or a shop, etc.
