PURPOSE:To obtain a minute matter whose diameter is fine, by a method wherein a high-molecular substance dope solution and a kneaded matter obtained by adding a specific weight of an organic solvent or water to a ceramic powdery body are co-extruded respectively through the outside and inside of a double annular nozzle and an outside layer is caused to gel by leading them within gelation bath. CONSTITUTION:A kneaded matter to be discharged through the inside of a double annular nozzle is prepared by adding an organic solvent such as methanol and ethanol or water of about 0.1-0.5 times as much as of that of ceramic powder by weight to the ceramic powder, preferably about 0.1-0.2 times. Those discharge solutions each are coextruded through the inside and outside of a double annular nozzle, which are led to gelation bath, generally in the water and a high-molecular substance on the outside is caused to gel. After completion of gelation, the same is cut into desired lengths at need after sufficient drying, which are put into a high-temperature atmospheric furnace, firing is performed and linear ceramic is obtained. |
