A transportable device for the removal of sediments and other obstructions in sanitation pipes uses flushing liq. and compressed air and forms a sealed system. The flushing liq. (2), which is hot or cold water or chemical agent, is in the refillable container (3) which has an outlet (13) valve or stop cock at the base. The riser pipe (4) carriers the flushing liq. to the connector (5) and to the flushing pipe (6) which is inserted into the sanitation pipe (1) and quick fit union pipe junctions are used for these joints. Compressed air is introduced to the connector by a compressed air pipe (7) and into the container by way of compressed air pipe (8). A hand operated shut off valve (9) is located between the connector (5) on the compressed air pipe and comprises a hand lever with stop cock. The compressed air pipe carries a tee piece (10) with a manometer (11) from which the other compressed air pipe leads to the neck (3A) of the container. Compressed air pipe has a shut off valve or stop cock (23). The riser pipe and compressed air pipe are fitted through a removable lid (21) of the container and may be screwed or inserted through the lid. These fittings are removable. The manifold (19) before the manometer has pressure regulator (18). Isolating valve (17), a non return valve (16) and tee fitting (15) with pressure release point (15A). And has a quick fit union pipe joint (14) at its end.
