The manually operated electrical switch has a knob that can be moved in a rotary action either clockwise or counterclockwise away from a centre off position. The knob fits over the actuator spindle (2) and this has a stop disc (16) fixed to it. The surfaces (17,18) of the stop disc can selectively engage with pins (13,14) on a selector slide (11). The slide can be moved in either direction relative to the spindle to select which of the two on positions is required. Markings (I) are visible through holes (21,22) to determine the setting. ADVANTAGE - Allows switch operating positions to be selected.
