Drip prevention at outlet of container in heater - involves expansion unit inside container and connected to absorption funnel

The appts. prevents drops at the outlet of a container in a heater. It includes an absorption funnel (13) outside the container (1) and a drive source in the waterway between the draw off valve and the outlet. The volume in the funnel (13) is reduced when drawing off the water pressure. The drive source is formed by an expansion unit (16) whose inside (15) is connected to the funnel (13) by a water tube, and the inside (15) terminates at a place in the waterway at which a lower pressure prevails than that at the draw off point. A connecting member (18), by expansion at (A) of the expansion unit (16) reduces the volume in the funnel (13). USE/ADVANTAGE - Simply constructed and is reliable prevention of drips at outlet of container.
