PURPOSE: To provide an efficient data base system in which a panel operation procedure is described with a procedure language by detecting a user selection panel operation for executing a procedure having a buried panel operation and executing the buried panel operation. CONSTITUTION: The procedure is mentioned by the procedure language containing a present panel operation permitted as a panel command. A panel can call the procedures, and the procedures can contain the panel operation. System/method for making a conversation with a data base, mentioning the procedures, generating the panel, monitoring the plural field in the panel, detecting time when the monitored field is in a scheduled state and executing the procedures in response to a detection state can be used, for example. Thus, flexibility which is sufficiently larger than a conventional system can be given to the trigger function of the panel and the panel operation procedure can be mentioned with the procedure language. |
