发明名称 SEALING METHOD FOR METAL LAMINATED BY RESIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To surely seal a resin laminated metal wherein a fluorine-based resin film is laminated by treating the surface of the fluorine-based resin film positioned in the sealing part with at least specified surface tension. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine-based resin film 2 is laminated on the surface of an aluminum plate 1. The end part of this metal laminated by resin is bent at right angle to form a sealing part 3. Two pieces of metal A, B laminated with resin wherein the sealing parts 3 are formed in such a way are prepared. Then in these metals A, B, surface treatment is performed for the fluorine-based resin films 2a positioned in the sealing parts 3. The surface tension of the films 2a is regulated to at least 30 dyne/cm. Thereafter a sealing agent 4 is interposed between the respective sealing parts 3 of the metals A, B. Sealing between both metals A, B is performed. By this method, sealing is surely enabled.
