PURPOSE: To prevent a capsule from being fractured before a lid is completely engaged with a neck of a container by constituting the lid with a flat end wall having a central opening, an outer lid having a cylindrical side wall threaded in its inner part, and the capsule having a first lower part and a second upper part, which are engaged with each other in a turnable manner. CONSTITUTION: When a device 10 above a neck of a container is continuously screwed until a flange 31 seals a portion between the neck and a lid 11 of the container, a capsule 12 is a little lifted upward relative to the lid 11 while the sealed state between the neck and the lid is being maintained. According to this movement, an upper lid 50 rises from an upper face of an upper end wall 20 to form a push button. At this time, a user ascertains the sufficient engagement of the lid 11 and, when an upper face 51 is then depressed while the container is being held, a second upper part 14 moves downward relative to a first lower part 13. Thus, a lower end 56 is brought into contact with a rupture portion adjacent to an end 49 with a slight movement, and a first separation action is performed by a second arched portion 62. When the upper face 51 is further depressed, an annular connecting part 33 is completely cut, and the contents in the capsule flow into the container. |
