PURPOSE:To remove dirts without fail by removing the dirts attached to a food using adsorptivity of static electricity and suction of wind force. CONSTITUTION:A food accommodated in a plate-shaped tray is put on a conveyer 1 and sent to an electrification box body 4 having a gate-shaped cross section and equipped with an insulating cover 3. Dirts are then removed using electrostatic adsorptivity by an electrostatic adsorption unit 6 having a static electricity controller 5 and using wind force suction by a wind force suction unit 8 and tight sealing is subsequently carried out using a transparent film. |
