The position arrangement is for a control device, esp. the throttle flap in the carburettor of an IC engine. It comprises two actuation devices (1, 2) which influence the position of the flap. The first device (1) is actuated by the driver via the accelerator pedal and the second device (2) by an electric signal, with the first device arranged immediately on the second device. USE/ADVANTAGE - Vehicle throttle control using a pair of cable pulleys which is reliable and takes up little space.
