PURPOSE:To adjust easily and exactly a spray point by emitting a visible light to the surface of an object to be painted, and adjusting a direction of a spray nozzle by confirming visually its irradiation point. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 1a and a projecting part 3a of a fixed die 1 and a movable die 3 become the surface of an object to be painted, and plural spray guns 5 are attached to the periphery of the metallic dies 1, 3. As for the spray gun 5, its angle can be adjusted by a universal joint 11 and a nut 12 against a supporting shaft 10, and also to the tip, a rod-shaped laser beam generator 13 is connected by a joint 14. In this state, a switch 17a is turned on, a laser beam is emitted from the beam generator 13, and a light spot is formed on the surface of the metallic die. Subsequently, an angle of a nozzle 7 is determined by pursuing this light spot and adjusting the nut 12, and a spray point is adjusted. According to this method, the spray point can be adjusted easily and also exactly. |
