PURPOSE:To assure the long life and the excellent reliability by a method wherein specific compound added barium titanate based dielectric material is used and is baked and heat-treated after a binder removing process. CONSTITUTION:The material of dielectric layer contains the dielectric oxide in the composition represented by the chemical formula I where x, y, z and m respectively represent 0.05-0.25, 0-0.05, 0.05-0.20 and 1.000-1.020. Then, one or more of oxide selected out of Y, Gd, Tb, Dy, Zr, V Mo, Zn, Cd, T, Sn, P and/or compound to be an oxide by baking process is added to said dielectric oxide. Next, a pad layer is formed on outer electrode by binder removing and baking processes. Through these procedures, the long life and the excellent reliability can be assured. |
