Then BALB/C mouse, etc., is immunized with the liquid A and spleen is delivered from the immunized mouse to provide an immunized spleen cell (B). Then the cell B is blended with a mouse myeloma cell (C) such as P3U1 at a ratio of cell number of the ingredient C: the ingredient B of 1:1-10 and the blend is fused with electric fusion method, etc., to provide the hybridoma (D). Then the ingredient D is subjected to screening using an enzyme immune measuring method, etc. and then cultured with NS-1 culture medium containing glutamine, etc., to provide the cultured mixture (E). Then the ingredient E is extracted and separated to provide the aimed monoclonal antibody.</p> |
