PURPOSE:To decrease the number of discriminators for detecting an error signal, and to simplify a circuit configuration, by constituting so that the error signal to an M(=2N) value amplitude modulating signal is detected by means of signal composition of a discriminating and reproducing signal, and a delay signal of an input signal. CONSTITUTION:An input signal 1 is applied to discriminators 102, 104 and 106. Discriminating and reproducing signals 12, 18 are reversed in polarity. On the other hand, the input signal 1 is delayed by a delaying circuit 110 so that it can be obtained at the same time together with output signals 20, 21 of polarity inverting amplifiers 113, 120. A signal 19 is synthesized together with the output signals 20, 21 by a signal synthesizing circuit 111, and the syntesizing circuit 111 outputs an analog error signal 22. The error signal 22 is discriminated by a discriminating circuit 112 and is converted to a digital error signal 17. |
