<p>PURPOSE: To form an adhesive layer having suitably high flexibility by continuously and uniformly drawing a mixture of a core material inserted between a flexible upper adhesive film and a lower adhesive film through a V-shaped gap, thereby bonding a metallic cover layer to a mineral hard core layer. CONSTITUTION: Both a thermosetting resin and thermosetting plastic may be used as an organic binder. In this case, its ratio in a mixture 24 to become a core material is preferably 5 to 40 wt.%. An aluminum, aluminum alloy or steel is particularly suitable as cover strips 46, 48. A mixture of the core material cast on the lower adhesive film has a flowing angle affected particularly by properties or particle size of a filler and a binder to be homogeneously mixed. A means for setting a V-shaped gap 40 disposes a roller as a constituent, thereby forming the V-shaped gap. A continuous composite material is first excessively fed at a strip overheater 50. Thereafter, it is excessively fed at a frame 51 having rolls of a protective film 52, and fed at a frame 53 having rolls of a sheet strip 54.</p> |
