<p>PURPOSE:To use a tool of total four figures for machining a work by providing a corresponding file between the pot of a tool storing magazine renewed through output data from a correspondence processing means and T-code of four figures in NC data for machining on the control device of a machine tool. CONSTITUTION:Compared tools mounted on a tool magazine pot with tools required for machining, in case of shortage, an operator is indicated to mount the shortage tool on the indicated pot of magazine with a display 6. Further, it is automatically informed to a sequence controller 12 that a certain tool is in a certain pot, and when the pot number mounted with a certain tool is changed, a corresponding file 11 between the T-code information 4' of four figures in NC machining data and the pot number is revised. Hereby, tools 3' of four figures T-code over the number of pot can be used.</p> |
