PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of decision by calculating a misregistration allowable range of parts from data relating to parts to be integrated on a land and graphically displaying the calculated result. CONSTITUTION:An XY stage controller 47 moves an XY stage 11 by teaching start command inputted from a keyboard 50 so that a land position is positioned on the visual center of a TV camera 31. An image from the camera 31 is A/D converted by an A/D conversion part 31 and the digital signal is sent to an image processing part 44, processed and then sent to a display device 48. A cross type cursor 5 is also displayed by a central processing part 41. Then the cursor 5 is moved by operating the keyboard 50, and when the cursor 5 is set up on the diagonal corner of an image on the land 4, the size and position of the land 4 are registered. The processing part 41 calculates the misregistration allowable range of the parts from prescribed parts data to be a part of mounting data and data relating to the land 4 and graphically displays the calculated result on the display screen. |
