PURPOSE: To operate a bag or sack making machine to a high or low production capacity by variably constituting speeds of feeding rollers to increase or decrease a time for feeding a web in a length corresponding to a length of the bag or sack. CONSTITUTION: A pair of feeding rollers 3 are constituted variably at speeds as desired to increase or decrease a time required to feed a web in a length corresponding to a length of a bag or a sack. With this constitution, a bag or sack making machine 1 can be operated with a high or low production capacity based on predetermined conditions or desired production sequence. Particularly, the production capacity of the machine 1 having a central processing unit 10 can be controlled to operate by the high or low production capacity in a short time or for a long time, and operating cycles of the machine 1 can be controlled to be shortened or extended. |
