PURPOSE:To promote controllability and traveling stability by providing a selector valve to make directional control of front and rear rolling wheels independently or synchronously and, at the same time, providing a directional controller to place the rear wheel in the normal traveling direction in the event the front wheel is changed to independent directional control. CONSTITUTION:One hydraulic circuit to make directional control of the front side rolling wheel 2 and the rear side rolling wheel 3 and the other hydraulic circuit to make directional control synchronously are placed, and a selector valve to change over both circuits is provided. A directional controller D provided with a control plate 41 and limit switches 42 and 43 is mounted to the rear wheel 3. When the front wheel 2 is changed to independent directional control, the rear wheel 3 is so controlled that it is positioned in the normal traveling direction. According to the constitution, the contrallability of a roller compacted machine is promoted, and traveling efficiency can be stabilized. |
