<p>A working fluid comprising chlorodifluoromethane, at least one fluorocarbon having a boiling point of -60 DEG C to -40 DEG C under atmospheric pressure selected from the group consisting of methane derivatives and ethane derivatives which consist one or two carbon atom, hydrogen atoms and fluorine atoms and at least one halogenated ethane which consists of two carbon atoms, 1, 2 or 3 hydrogen atoms, 0, 1 or 2 chlorine atoms and balance of fluorine atoms and has a boiling point of not lower than -30 DEG C under atmospheric pressure, which has very small influence on the ozone layer in the stratosphere and is suitable as a substitute working fluid for dichlorodifluoromethane. <IMAGE></p> |
