PURPOSE:To make it possible to fusion bond with sufficient strength by fusion bonding thread-like synthetic resin by means of a channel of a cradle having the shape suitable for retaining the thread-like synthetic resin and a channel of a supersonic fusion bonding born end section having the shape suitable to be pressed on. CONSTITUTION:A channel 21 for inserting thread-like synthetic resin into a cradle 2 is formed. The bottom section of said channel 21 is provided with a curvature along the periphery of thread-like synthetic resin to be fusion bonded, and its width is almost equivalent to the diameter of thread-like synthetic resin and its depth is 1.5 times or more of the diameter of thread-like synthetic resin. On the other hand, a supersonic fusion bonded horn 1 is provided with a channel 12 on an end section 11, and said channel 12 is faced to one of thread-like synthetic resins inserted into the cradle 12 at the time of fusion bonding. At that time, the channel 12 is made almost half-circle shape along the periphery of said thread-like synthetic resin, and the contact area is large and fit when the channel 12 of the end section 11 is pressed to the thread-like synthetic resin. Therefore, deviation of position or the like is not generated and pressurizing is carried out uniformly and fushion bonding of sufficient strength can be performed. |
