PURPOSE:To attain the talking at with the minimum charge by calculating each speech charge of plural automobile telephone service companies based on a current position of a vehicle and a called destination telephone number and selecting automatically the cheapest automobile telephone service company so as to apply line connection of a radio system. CONSTITUTION:When a called device, i.e., an opposite party telephone number is inputted to a CPU 8 from a pushbutton 10, the CPU 8 reads telephone number information corresponding to the current position information at that point of time from a memory 9 and the charge between two points is calculated by each automobile telephone service company by the CPU 8 based on the toll station number of two telephone number information sets. As a result, the cheapest automobile telephone service company is selected and its information is sent to an automobile telephone radio equipment 7. The automobile telephone radio equipment 7 connects a radio line in response to the information outputted from the CPU 8. Thus, the communication at the minimum cost is attained. |
