发明名称 UNIFORM SPREADING METHOD FOR LIQUID ANALYSIS SAMPLE
摘要 PURPOSE:To uniformly spread the liquid sample such as a blood serum and to make the analysis in high accuracy, by successively laminating a hydrophilic colloidal layer containing a chemical reagent and an extension promoting layer on a transparent impermeable supporting body and dropping the liquid sample on said supporting body and then applying the mechanical external pressure. CONSTITUTION:An analysis element 8 is obtained by forming a layer 8-2 incorporated with a chemical reagent in hydrophilic colloid such as gelatine(derivative) on a transparent impermeable supporting body 8-1 such as a polyester sheet and forming an extension promoting layer 8-3 of a liquid sample 10 by the hydrophilic colloid such as polyvinyl alcohol on said layer. The sample 10 such as a blood serum is dropped on the element 8 and a gap control member 9 is provided on both sides of the layer 8-3. Then, interposal pressurizing members 1, 2 having porous plates 3, 4 are pressurized by moving cylindrical supports 5, 6 up and down so that a uniform thin film of the sample 10 having a constant thickness is formed on the layer 8-3 by a constant space formed by the member 9 and a sheet member 7 and the sample 10 is uniformly spread on the layer 8-2. Hereby, the quantitatively measuring property is improved.
