PURPOSE:To prevent error operation and set split position freely by a raising an upper actuator from the completely closed state of a mold and in conse quence allowing the pressing part of an upper tread sector to press the tip hook part of a hook material in the outer diameter direction and, as a result, releasing the engaging part of the tip hook part. CONSTITUTION:After a raw tire is mounted on a lower mold 2, an upper plate 19a is descended. A hook material 34 is pressed in a part to a pressing part 40 and a tip hook material 38 is in a state of not engaging a engaging part 37, however, an upper tread sector 3a is pressed by a lower tread sector 3b and start to rise. In the case when the upper tread sector 3a rises, a block body 55 rises simultaneously and further when an actuator 4a falls therefrom, the upper tread sector 3a and the lower tread sector 3b slide at the same time in the inner diameter direction, with the result that the mold become a complete ly closed state. |
