PURPOSE:To attain the assignment of communication radio channel with excellent communication quality by providing a function measuring the interference wave reception level of an idle communication radio channel at every sector on a base station, measuring the interference wave reception level and selecting the communication radio channel after the discrimination of the communication quality. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile station 3 makes a communication connection request in the sector 5 of a base station 1, while a mobile station 4 uses a communication radio channel f1 in the sector 11 of a base station 2, the interference wave level of the channel f1 is measured in the sector 5 of the base station 1 and in other sectors 6-10 in which the relevant mobile station exists. In this case, since the directivity of the antenna exists in the direction of the mobile station 4 in a sector 8 or 9, the interference wave level of the channel f1 is received high and it is discriminated that a highly possible interference production is expected in the sector 5 of the base station 1. Thus, the channel f1 is discriminated not to be usable and other communication radio channel f2 is selected again. |
