<p>PURPOSE:To enlarge a using field as a versatile module by using an associative memory also as a normal memory. CONSTITUTION:Data with a prescribed bit length are stored from a terminal A3 of a selection part 12 through a terminal A1 and a data bus 5 to registers 1 and 2. Further, the associative memory device selects any one of the registers 1 and 2 through an address decoder 4 while responding to an address signal 3 and transmits code information 11, which are outputted from an output part 10, from a terminal A2 to the terminal A3 while responding to the specified value of the signal 3. Thus, since the registers 1 and 2 are designated by the decoder 4 and the data with the prescribed bit length can be read out/written in through the bus 5 concerning the registers 1 and 2, the registers 1 and 2 can be used as the normal memory. Accordingly, the using field as a versatile module is enlarged.</p> |
