PURPOSE:To prevent rolling quality degradation of ends of a stock by enabling plural nozzles on one of bisected headers except outermost nozzles to be capable of opening and closing and making the diameter of the outermost nozzles on both bisected headers larger than that of other nozzles. CONSTITUTION:A header consists of a short bisected header 1A and a long bisected header 1B being installed in parallel and shifted to each other. The one header 1A has nozzles 5A1-5A5 and the other header 1B has nozzles 5B1-5B4. The every nozzles are equally spaced by a pitch (p) in the width direction of a strip and are arranged symmetrically to an axis of the header center X-Y. The respective nozzles 5A1 and 5B1 at both ends of the header 1 are made to be a large diameter nozzle injectable an about two times amount as large as that from other nozzles. The nozzles 5A2-5A5 of the header 1A except the large diameter nozzle 5A1 are provided with header valves 6 for open-and-close operations, respectively. Thus, a rolling oil supply amount on both ends of a rolled steel stock is increased to prevent the rolling quality degradation of both ends. |
