<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a transparent switch with high reliability for the result of a switching operation by providing a spacer formed by performing the exposure developing of a photosensitive agent and eliminating an unrequired part partially. CONSTITUTION:A micro dot spacer 25 is provided on a plane except for movable leads 23, 24 on a movable electrode 22. The spacer is the one in which the exposure developing of a photosensitive layer having photosensitivity provided on the electrode 22, for example, photoresist, a coating agent, a dry film, etc., is performed, and the unrequired part is eliminated, and is formed in spherical, cylindrical, or cubic shape with the maximum dimension of either the length, the width, and the height less than 50 mum, extending over an entire plane. Also, a micro dot spacer 31 similar as the micro dot spacer 25 is provided on the plane of a fixed electrode 28. In such a manner, since malfunction can be prevented from occurring by reducing a dead zone, the transparent electrode with high reliability can be obtained.</p> |
