PURPOSE:To simplify a structure and enable a less-expensive manufacturing to be attained by a method wherein a partition plate partitioning a condenser from a motor for a rotary plate is vertically arranged from a drain pan in parallel with the condenser and then the rotary plate and the condenser are oppositely faced to each other at an angle of alpha. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 6 is vertically erected along a wall surface of a drain pan 2 so as to constitute an outdoor air flow passage wall for discharging air passed through a condenser 4 and sucked out of a device by an outdoor fan 12, and a part of the partition plate 6 is formed in parallel with the condenser 4. A fixing plate 7 for use in fixing a motor 5 to the partition plate 6 is provided with a screw hole 7a, an outer circumference of the screw hole 7a is pushed and machined toward the partition plate 6 with an angle alpha in respect to a rotating shaft 5a of the motor 5 so as to form a flat surface part 7b. A convex part 6a formed from a parallel part of the condenser 4 of the partition plate 6 toward the fixing plate 7 is closely contacted with the flat surface part 7b and then the fixing plate 7 is fixed to the partition plate 6 with a screw 7c. With such an arrangement, a rotary plate 3 for paddling up water of the drain pan 2 toward the condenser 4 is merely oppositely faced at a specified angle, resulting in that its manufacturing can be carried out less-expensively. |
