<p>PURPOSE:To satisfy operator's demand for acceleration by performing gear change control by using a target acceleration map which is set in such a way that an increase rate of target acceleration becomes large when an index which indicates will for acceleration and deceleration is small. CONSTITUTION:Gear change control is done by using a target acceleration map which is set in such a way that target acceleration increases in accordance with an increase of index (for example, increase of an accelerator pedal 166 stepping amount) which indicates operator's will for acceleration and deceleration when car speed is constant and that an increase rate of the target acceleration becomes large when an index which indicates the above will for acceleration and deceleration is small according to ECU100. Target acceleration is obtained based on actual value of an index which indicates car speed at the time and will for acceleration and deceleration by the target acceleration map, and gear change control of automatic transmission T is done so that target acceleration is obtained. That is, when the pedal 166 stepping amount is small, increase rate of target change speed for the increase of pedal 166 stepping amount is large, giving acceleration feeling to operator.</p> |
