PURPOSE: To recycle or use scraps by laminating a flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet on a flexible polyvinyl chloride substrate. CONSTITUTION: A rigid polyvinyl chloride sheet is fused to a flexible polyvinyl chloride. The rigid sheet is extruded onto the flexible polyvinyl chloride or applied to calenders at an effective temperature to form the lamina of all the polyvinyl chloride containing no adhesive, and hence the flexible soft foam polyvinyl chloride sheet is bonded to a rigid polyvinyl chloride substrate. Subsequently, the lamina is thermoformed, trimmed to an article to be used for an interior of a transportation vehicle. Thus, trim tailings and scraps can be recycled to save and reduce its cost. |
