<p>PURPOSE:To make possible the reproduction of an image of satisfactory quality with a simple constitution by driving a recording device with less than routine energy using the inverted data of an image used for recording immediately before routine image recording with a recording device. CONSTITUTION:The subject device consists of an ink sheet transport device 25 for transporting an ink sheet, a recording device transport device 24 for transporting a recording medium, a recording device 102 for acting on the ink sheet under a driving action to image data and recording an image on a recording medium and a control device 101 for controlling the recording device 102 during image recording so that the recording device is driven with less energy than used during routine image recording using the inverted data of data used for recording immediately before routine image recording. Thus the recording device 102 is driven with less than routine energy using the inverted data of an image, used in an immediately preceding recording, before routine image recording. In this way, image quality can be improved.</p> |
