A heating or cooling device comprising a long box-shaped element (11) composed by metal profiles and intended to be suspended from a ceiling and which is in heat-conducting contact with one or more conduits (20) for a heating and/or cooling agent. According to the invention the device is utilized for heating or cooling resp. the intake air to the room in question by leading the air into one end of the element (11) and out at the opposite end, where it is brought to turn back and pass along the outside of the element along at least a part of the length thereof before it is distributed in the room. |
