PURPOSE:To prevent a rotary plate from being plasticity-deformed due to the excessive load of a developer and from being unable to carry the developer by employing an elastic member as a developer agitating member and imparting torsional elasticity in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:The agitating member 4 is provided with a shaft 8 being a shaft part, one side 8a, arms 9 being arm parts which are protrusively provided on one side 8a in the longitudinal direction of the shaft 8 and its other side 8b in the rotary locus radial direction respectively, a bar 10 being the agitation part connected to both arms 9, and an elastic film 11 which is firmly fixed to the bar 10 and serves as the agitating part made of plastic and rubber rubbing the inside of a toner container 3. That is, the great load is applied from tonner to the agitating member 4. At this time, the agitating member 4 is torsionally and elastically deformed with respect to an axial line so that the second shaft part 8b rotates with phase delay compared with the first shaft part 8a. Thus, the agitating member does not receive the great load of floculated toner. |
