PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesive property of a surface-mounted electronic component to a substrate and workability by aligning elastic sticking portions between an elastic sticking portion and the embedding fixing portion of the main body of a terminal lead, and providing a smoothing mechanism to be fixed to a mounting substrate. CONSTITUTION:A smoothing member 7 of rectangular cross section having plural through holes 10 of a terminal lead 3 and plural fixing bosses 8 on the side face thereof is formed from insulating material. This member 7 is inserted and fixed between the embedding fixing portion of the terminal lead 3 of a connector main body 4 and an elastic sticking portion 5 and is substantially mounted on a mounting substrate 1 together with the main body 4. In this case, each of the bosses 8 of the smoothing member 7 is fitted into each of the fixing boss insertion holes of the substrate 1 together with the fixing boss of the main body 4. The member 7 is thus firmly stuck to the mounting substrate and the work of aligning terminal leads is reduced, to thereby enhance both reliability and workability. |
