PURPOSE: To enhance an accuracy and an acceleration of positioning by positioning tools in the case of moving a web of a cardboard between a pair of rollers of creasing rollers and between a pair of rollers of cutting rollers. CONSTITUTION: A web of a cardboard is treated to move between a pair of rollers 21, 22 of creasing rollers and a pair of rollers of cutting rollers 32, 33. In this case, the other pair of creasing rollers 24, 25 and the other pair of cutting rollers 34, 35 are disposed in an inactive position. Means 184, 184' for positioning tools are operated at the position, and two pairs of creasing rollers 21 to 25 and two pairs of cutting tools 32 to 35 are supported by angularly movable assemblies 17.
