MESSAGE DISPLAY METHOD ON ABSENCE IN KEY PHONE

摘要

The messages meaning the reasons of absence are recorded on a ROM of keyphone system. A receiver selects and records a message suitable to the reason of absence on a different memory area so that, when the receiver is called, the message can be displayed on a LCD of keyphone of a transmitter. The method includes steps: (A) displaying the state of message key and checking the wanted message; (B) checking the next wanted message; (C) displaying the next wanted message on the LCD and checking the direct message input; (D) inputting a stand- by key, and displaying a cursor and wanted numeric on the LCD; (E) forming message using the numeric and alphabet; (F) moving the cursor one step to the vright when the other message is written; and (G) checking the quitting key input.
