<p>PURPOSE:To secure the exceedingly firm joint to a jaw bone and improve durability by applying the dull work (fine uneven work) at least on one part of the surface of a blade embedded into the jaw bone. CONSTITUTION:As for an artificial tooth root, two pieces of blades 1 and 1' whose top edge is formed into arcuate form are set oppositely in parallel, and a rod-shaped head 2 is nipped between the both and integrally connected to form a single structure. The blade 1 is planted and held in a groove cut on a jaw bone, and the artificial tooth is insertion-supported on the head 2 exposed in an oral cavity. Further, fine recessed parts 1b and 1b through dull work are formed on the surface of the blade 1 (and 1'), and the regenerated bone texture bites into the recessed part, and the firm connection between the blade 1 and the jaw bone is developed. Though, when the bone is sufficiently regenerated, the bone intrudes into a hole 1a, and the connection force is increased, the bone intrudes into the recessed parts 1b and 1b formed through dull work, even in the preceding stage, and the joint force in the initial stage can be increased drastically.</p> |
