NUTRIMENT FOR CULTURING MUSHROOMS

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable both increase in yield and reduction in number of growth days by containing a specific amount of wheat bran having a specified grain size in a nutriment for culturing mushrooms. CONSTITUTION:A nutriment for culturing mushrooms containing 40-100wt.% wheat bran having a grain size within the range of 5-28 mesh. Furthermore, fat content of the wheat bran is regulated to 3.0-4.5wt.%. Thereby, the yield of the mushrooms can be increased to further reduce the growth period thereof.
