Plastic ski boot comprising: . a shell (1) which comprises a sole (3); . an articulated collar (2) intended to enclose the lower leg; . means for tightening the collar over the lower leg and the foot in the shell; . a rigid arch (10) in the form of a U, the branches (11, 12) of which match the shape of the rear (6) of the shell (1) and are articulated on this shell (1), characterised: - in that the collar (2) is articulated on pins (17, 18) integral with the branches (11, 12) of the arch (10); - and in that the axis of articulation (15) of the two branches (11, 12) of the rigid arch (10) is located in the sole (3) of the shell (1).
