PURPOSE: To achieve a rapid analysis by analyzing a substrate surface with polynucleotide with a resolution equal to or less than an atom diameter, reproducing the type of each continuous base of polynucleotide from collected data, and identifying and recording the type. CONSTITUTION: With a microscope, its end, part forms a tip that is approximately a single atom, and the move includes a probe 2 that is constituted of a needle being assured by piezoelectric crystals Px-Pz.
