The hand- and/or foot-care aid is particularly for the finger and toe-nails. It comprises a supporting body (2) on a baseplate (1). The top surface (3) of the body is concave-curved, forming an inclined supporting face for the finger or toe. The body can be arranged to unfold from the baseplate, on which there can be a scale with supporting notches, in which the body engages at an adjustable angle. ADVANTAGE - Widely adaptable.
