<p>PURPOSE:To easily and quickly peel an external conductive layer over an arbitrary length by inserting and fastening a cable in the hole of a main body and rotating a cutter, a revolution housing, and a feed roller. CONSTITUTION:A cable 25, the external conductive layer of which is to be peeled, is inserted into the hole of a fixation frame 1 and held and fastened with an appropriate external holder. When a revolution housing 7 is revolved round the cable 25 while a cutter 12 is rotated, the cutter 12 cuts and removes the external conductive layer of the cable 25. When a feed roller 62 is rotated in this operation the fixation frame 1 moves in the direction of the peripheral axis of the cable 25, therefore, the cutter 12 cuts and removes the external conductive layer of the cable 25 into spiral form. The mobility of the cutter makes it possible to easily and quickly peel the external conductive layer to arbitrary length.</p> |
