PURPOSE:To perform smooth running at a curved part by a method wherein front and rear driven wheel units guided by the other guide rail and steered and operable in a position longitudinally symmetrical about a drive wheel unit can be laterally moved in the same direction and by the same amount in linkage with each other. CONSTITUTION:A drive wheel unit 3 is pivotally supported to a bearing member 13 fixed to a truck frame 12 and is rolled on the one guide rail 2a by means of a drive wheel 14. Driven wheels 20 of a pair of driven wheel units 4A and 4B disposed longitudinally symmetrically about the drive wheel unit are rolled on the other rail 2b. The driven wheel units 4A and 4B are laterally movable by means of swing arms 24a and 24b, and the swing arms 24a and 24b are supported to the frame 12 by vertical support shafts 23a and 23b such that they can be steered and operated. The two swing arms 24a and 24b are swung in linkage with each other by means of an interlocking means 26. A pair of the front and rear driven wheel units 4A and 4B are runnable even on a horizontal curved route in a manner that a position between the adjoining units 3, 4A, and 4B is ensured. |
